Abstract

The TU Darmstadt is part of the consortium of schools and universities from Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Cyprus and Germany in the „Teacher Academy Project – Teaching Sustainability (TAP-TS)“ project (total volume: EUR 1.5 million). What all “Teacher Academies” have in common is that they make an important contribution to the European partnerships in the field of teacher training and in-service teacher training. In this way, they strengthen the European and international perspective of teacher training and contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the teaching profession.

The TAP-TS project focuses on the development, testing and adaptation of didactic approaches and multimedia teaching and learning materials on the topic of “Teaching Sustainability”. The project thus makes an important contribution to collaboration between different educational institutions for more sustainable development.

In collaboration with the Pedagogical University Vienna ,Education in the Context of Digitalityt will work on linking the following topics in particular:

  • Education
  • Sustainability
  • and Digitality.
