The institute offers courses in various degree programmes. Graduates of these programmes can work in many different fields of activity, such as in the public and private education sector, in educational research or personnel development. This is due to the interconnection of their studies encompassing theoretical foundations, empirical research and field-based casework. The institute cooperates closely with the Centre for Teacher Education in the field of teacher education for (secondary/vocational) schools.
